If one party does not agree, Dr. Hetsler can certainly provide such forensic accounting or business valuation services to one side but would be prohibited from being a neutral mediator at that point. As a matter of fact, Dr. Hetsler is often called upon to testify on behalf of one party as part of his forensic accounting and business valuation services.
